Our carpentry team and painters worked together to make this homeowner vision a reality. Our team just recently finished up this exterior carpentry and repaint project in Webster Groves, MO. To start, we prioritize safety, we arranged for Ameren to wrap the wires surrounding the house. In preparation for painting, the house underwent a thorough pressure washing. Our skilled carpentry team then got started on removing and replacing the Cedar Shake siding on the upper half of the home. The Cedar Shake siding was then stained using the product Ready Seal in the color Golden Pine.
Once the carpentry work was completed, we painted all the siding, soffits, gable vents, and trim around the house. As part of our Quoted Products, we ensured that all surfaces received two coats of Sherwin William’s Latitude paint. The color and sheen matched the existing color layout, creating a harmonious and cohesive appearance. The blue color shown is Sherwin Williams
To guarantee a near-flawless finish, our diligent team scraped and lightly sanded all surfaces, as well as caulked any necessary gaps prior to painting. Additionally, all bare wood surfaces were spot-primed before applying the final coats of paint. This comprehensive approach resulted in a stunning transformation of the house’s exterior, combining expert craftsmanship, careful preparation, and attention to detail.
