When the homeowner contacted us, they had a clear vision: they wanted their home to stand out and feel refreshed, yet still blend seamlessly with the character of their Ladue neighborhood. We were excited to help bring that vision to life. Our goal was to create a transformation that would leave a lasting impression.
The process began with careful exterior surface preparation. We implemented safety measures, including electrical line wrapping and a low-pressure detergent wash, to ensure the project was completed both beautifully and safely. Our team then got to work carefully scraping, sanding, and caulking every surface to ensure a flawless finish.
For this transformation, We then applied two coats of Sherwin-Williams Duration, known for its durability and stunning finish.The homeowner chose a deep, sophisticated blue (Salty Dog SW9177) for the siding and trim, complemented by a bright white (Extra White SW7006) on the porch ceiling and posts to create a crisp contrast. The front door and shutters received a vibrant, welcoming pop of Inventive Orange SW6633.
The result? A stunning look that took this Ladue home from high potential to absolutely show-stopping. The bold color choices provided a fresh, modern appeal while maintaining the home’s classic charm.
