Employee Spotlight: Ross

Ross
Crew Lead

All the way from Newcastle, England, we’d like to introduce you to one of our job leaders, Ross. Since joining our team in 2019, Ross has gone from being an entry-level painter to now leading and supervising a crew of painters. In his teenage years, he worked for his grandad’s painting company in England. That was when he developed a love for the painting trade.

You’re probably wondering, how did he end up here in St. Louis, Missouri? Great question, we’d love to tell you. You see, Ross is a traveler. He enjoyed taking holidays to Norway, Egypt, and Spain in his younger years. America was another favorite travel destination that he often visited, 5 times to be exact. That is where he met his now wife and had two children. As much as he loves being in America with his young family (and of course working at Kennedy Painting), Ross says he misses England’s food the most. When Ross isn’t leading a winning team, he enjoys playing football (soccer in America) with his two boys.

Ross, thank you for bringing a little bit of England to St. Louis and for allowing us to help you grow professionally and personally. Not only are you a terrific painter, but you are an even better mentor, leader, friend, and co-worker. Cheers, lad!
