Meet Crew Leader, Nick S! Originally from Belleville, IL, Nick enjoys a range of hobbies, including professional soccer and gardening, where he grows his own vegetables. Nick considers himself a family man and enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Jessica, and their daughter, Mia.

Joining our team in 2020, Nick’s journey at Kennedy Painting has been one of continuous growth. Starting as a craftsman, he has advanced to the position of Advanced Crew Leader and now oversees a crew of 12 amazing painters. With eight years of trade experience, Nick has ambitious goals. He aims to become the first crew leader to oversee $1 million worth of painting completed and eventually aspires to be a Field Supervisor.

Nick finds great satisfaction in his role, particularly in training new painters. “It is nice teaching somebody something you know how to do yourself and then see them learn and perfect it,” he says. He was initially drawn to Kennedy Painting by our structure and our commitment to leveraging technology to become paperless.

Nick’s personal motto, “If you want something, work hard enough to get it,” is evident in everything he does. This drive has propelled him to become a leader his crew trusts and a valuable asset to Kennedy Painting. Nick’s friendly personality cultivates positive relationships with everyone he encounters, customers and coworkers alike, making him a true team player.
