As a long-standing painting company here in St. Louis, we enjoy not only serving our local clients, but also really engaging with our local community. We’re a part of life here, and we love that. And, every now and then, that means creatively supporting important initiatives.
That’s why all October long we’ve been wearing our flashy Paint It Pink shirts! It’s not a fashion statement, but rather a reflection of our commitment to support breast cancer awareness.
What Is Paint It Pink?

Paint It Pink is an initiative that a number of painting contractors around the country are taking part in. The shirts are part of this commitment, but many of us are also giving back through donations, charitable projects, etc…
Our team here at Kennedy Painting has specifically chosen to donate a portion of our profits this month to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. We love the fact that they are so passionately working to find and fund a cure, with the ultimate goal of seeing a 50% reduction in breast cancer deaths by 2026.
We’re Excited To Paint with Extra Purpose!

Our teams in the field are competing to see which can raise the most money in AWO’s (work that is added on to an existing job). For example, while painting your living room, you might decide to have us paint the dining room too since we’re already there. A portion of the proceeds from those additional jobs would go directly from us to Susan G. Komen.
Especially with the holidays approaching, this is a fun way for us to get our team involved in a healthy competition, meet more of our clients’ needs, and donate just as big a check as possible to Susan G. Komen.
Thank You For All Your Support Along the Way
We love being St. Louis’ painting company, and serving our local friends, neighbors, and communities. Your ongoing business, trust, and referrals make this all possible, and we deeply appreciate it.
