Exterior Transformation in Ladue, Missouri

In Ladue, Missouri, Kennedy Painting recently completed an exterior painting project. The transformation was remarkable, with the house transitioning from a neutral beige to the vibrant Sherwin Williams 6257 GIBRALTAR color. The project included extensive surface preparation, involving scraping, light sanding, and caulking of gaps before painting. All bare wood surfaces were spot-primed for enhanced durability.

Prior to painting, a thorough low-pressure detergent wash was conducted to remove dirt and mildew deposits. The painting scope covered various sides of the house, including the front, right, rear, and left, with specific attention to window frames, corner boards, band boards, corbels, and entry overhangs. Additionally, carpentry work involved the replacement of a 10′ corner board on the rear side.
