Patio Furniture Refinishing Project Overview
One of our great customers in Brentwood had an aluminum patio set (2 chairs, 2 glass top tables & 1 ottoman) with failing coating. They asked us to refinish the patio furniture, so we inspected for rust and prepared with a scraper, wire brush and sandpaper before refinishing. The project took approximately one day of labor for prep and finishing, with additional cure time for coating over a couple days. This set is now ready to be enjoyed with this stretch of unusually pleasant Missouri weather!
Materials & Paints Used
We used a rust inhibitive primer for any exposed metal or signs of previous rust. We spray-applied two coats of a PPG Industrial Satin Enamel with a charcoal gray (Benjamin Moore HC-166) as a finish.
