Exterior Color Transformation in Wildwood, MO

Our team was tasked with painting a home’s exterior surfaces, including the front, left, rear, and right sides. Before painting, we scraped, lightly sanded and caulked all necessary gaps to ensure a smooth and even surface. Additionally, all bare wood was spot primed to prevent any potential damage.

To start, we pressure-washed all quoted surfaces using a low-pressure detergent to remove dirt and mildew deposits. We were careful to use low pressure (less than 1000 psi) to prevent any damage to the surfaces.

On the front side of the home, we painted the fascia, soffit, siding, foundation, entry door with sidelights, porch header, ceiling and post, attic vents, sun bursts over garage windows, and bay window. The left side of the home received a fresh coat of paint on the fascia, soffits, and siding, as well as the foundation. The rear side of the home was painted on the fascia, soffits, and siding, along with the door frames, window frames, bay windows, corner boards, and double door with frame. Lastly, we painted the fascia, soffits, siding, foundation, garage doors, garage door casings, garage man door, and casing (both sides), corner boards, and garage house entry door (exterior side) on the right side of the home.

The homeowners chose Sherwin-Williams Urbane Bronze 7048 for the foundation, and garage door, and the color Naval 6244 by Sherwin for the siding, window panels, and other accents.
