  • Off-Site Spray Booth Finishing – To achieve the perfect factory-like finish, we removed all cabinet doors and drawers and brought them to our in-house spray booth, where they were professionally sprayed and dried in a controlled environment. Meanwhile, our team was on-site spraying the cabinet bases, ensuring a seamless, even finish throughout.

Priming & Painting for a Durable Finish

The transformation began with one coat of BIN Primer (Shellac-Based) to create a strong foundation for durability and adhesion. Next, we applied two coats of Gemini Evo Cabinet Finish (Waterborne Urethane) in a satin sheen, delivering a sleek, factory-like finish.

  • All surfaces were sprayed for an ultra-smooth, even appearance.
  • The cabinet interiors remained untouched, as they were not glass-front.
  • For heavily grained oak cabinets, the primer was rolled on first to seal the grain and create a smooth final result.
