During the spring, summer, and fall months, we are outside FULL FORCE! However, we KNOW mother nature isn’t going to give us constantly dry weather. Well, until we finally master our ability to change the weather (we’re almost there, but not quite), our tight exterior painting schedule is at the mercy of the rain. Kennedy Painting is known for not taking rain days. To ensure we are serving our customers well and keeping our painters busy, we like to have a list of interior projects that agree to be contacted during the days that it rains. Typically we call a “rain day” 24-48 hours ahead of time. However, sometimes mother nature likes to change its mind last minute, one way or another.
What does being on this Rain Option list look like?
- We work together to confirm all the details of your update, just like always. Clear estimate, colors are chosen, then we are ready to roll.
- During the next rainy spell that interferes with our outdoor work, we’ll go to the next person on our Rain Option list. If it’s you, you’ll receive a call asking if we can come out during the following day or two and finish your project.
- Your flexibility helps us stay busy, and it also means that you have the opportunity to advance on our schedule more quickly.
- And yes, we will always finish your project once we start, even if the sun comes out. If the scope of your work is particularly large, we’ll start with the high-priority rooms, completing at least those before we reschedule the rest.
