About Us and Our Process:
Are estimates free?
Yes. We offer free in-person appointments. Our estimator will send a detailed estimate by email and text within 3-5 business days.
Can you give ballpark estimates over the phone?
Because there are many unique factors for each individual job, we ask that we see the job site in person before offering any idea on pricing. However, kitchen cabinets are typically a project we are able to give rough figures on based on the photos provided.
Do I need to be home for a painting quote?
We prefer for the homeowner or business representative to be there in person during the time of the estimate.
How long will the appointment take?
We allow for 1 hour. Typically, appointments average between 30-45 minutes.
Will you send me a detailed contract by mail or email?
We will send you an email and text message with a link to the detailed contract.
How long will it take to get a contract sent to me?
We allow our estimators 2-5 business days to fully prepare and send the contract.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty on all of our work.
Do you lead a certified company?
Yes. The owner, field supervisors, and all of our crew leaders have also been certified through EPA-approved classes.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards, cashier checks, money orders, and e-checks. All credit card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Do you protect our furnishings and clean up after you are done?
Yes. Floors, furniture, and areas will be covered with drop cloths or plastic sheets. On completion, we will pick up and clean up to return your home to the condition that we found it.

When We Come Out to Paint...
What should I do with my pets?
Pets are welcome to stay in the home, but please have them kept in other areas of the house to keep them out of materials or near wet paint. If you prefer to make arrangements for them to stay somewhere else for the project, we can give you an idea of how long to expect the painting to take.
Please be advised: Birds are very sensitive to paint, so we ALWAYS suggest they be removed from the house for the duration of the project!
What should I do to prepare my house for painting?
For interior projects, we ask our customers to move small knick-knack-type items and pictures. We don’t want to damage anything valuable, sentimental, or both. We come expecting to move furniture, window treatments, and switch plates. For exterior projects, we ask our customers to trim back plants and shrubs to allow us access. Also, outdoor furniture, wind chimes, hanging plants, etc. If you have pets that are escape artists – let us know.
Can I leave my home while your painting crew works?
Of course, we just need to know how to lock up when we are done for the day.
We have plaster/drywall damage. Do we need to repair it before painting?
Yes, most drywall/plaster repairs can be completed by our team and should be specified in the contract. If repairs are outside of our capabilities, we are happy to make a referral to a company that can complete the work.
How many painters will be at my home and how long will it take?
This depends on the size of your job. As we get closer to starting the project, our scheduling/production department will give you an idea of the duration of the job and how many people you should expect.
What if it rains while you are painting my house?
We plan 24-48 hours ahead of a rainy day. If we foresee rain in the forecast that is of threat, we call a rain day for exterior work and put our crews on interior jobs for that day(s).
What if I want to change something about the job while the paint crew is already at my home?
Let the project leader know. They can write us an additional work order to present the cost. If the customer agrees to the “AWO,” the work will be performed while painters are already on site.
Do you provide touch-up paint after you are finished?
Yes, we leave behind any paint that is left over.
How do I pay my final balance?
We prefer to collect a final check on the last day of the project, once a final walk-through has been completed with the project leader/field supervisor and customer. If a check is not possible, we will send an invoice via email within 12-24 hours post-completion. Credit cards are accepted (with an additional 3% processing fee added). We do not accept cash.
