Gray House Painting Project Overview
This project in St. Charles took a week in total and involved color consulting and painting the complete exterior: siding, doors, shutters and trim. The homeowners were looking for a richer color for their home and wanted to get away from basic beige. They decided on a bluish-gray and we painted the trim with a newer creamy white to keep the appearance warm, as opposed to crisp with a dark color and stark white.
We used Sherwin Williams Duration Flat on siding and PPG stain on the trim.- Doors & Shutters: SW 6258 Tricorn Black
- Trim: Porter 315-1 Horseradish
- Siding: SW 7622 Homburg Gray
The customers were fun to work with and were openminded in choosing colors they loved and ones that also complimented their existing brick.
